ebay too expensive

I will no longer sell on eBay as its too expensive.

I have sold £117.00 of goods in the last 60 days.

My eBay fees are £47.00 (including listing fees)

paypal charged me £8.00 (owned by eBay)

so thats £55 to eBay and i get £62.

Its going down hill - attracting people who want to pay NOTHING for goods and service I have 100% record as I am scared to offend anyone who is paying £0.99p for an iten that cost me £25.00.

No wonder its called FLEA bay!

Only buying from now on.

your listing fees are so high because you add unnecessary paid for extras to your listings,

When you add extras to your basic listings, such as buy it now, a reserve, a subtitle, or gallery plus you will incur fees which are payable even if the item doesn't sell.

If you tick the auto relist box the relists will incur a fee if you have used all your 20 free listing allowance, as auto relists are not included in the extra free listing offers

don't start at 99p and add a buy it now for £2.00 as that costs 50p, you are just throwing your money away

just list it as a fixed price at £2.00 or an auction with a £2.00 start price, if you do this you don't get charged if you stay within your free listing limit,

likewise do not use the automatic relist option as you are charged if you have already used your 20 free listings for the month.
