i have been sent a letter from a debt collection company saying i owe £74.93 to ebay sarl. Ihave never sold anything on ebay ive tried contacting ebay with no joy.

Can anybody help and tell me how I can resolve this without paying a debt collection company!!!!!!

Is the letter addressed to your real name, or just your eBay ID at your address?

If ther's a phone number on it, call them and let them know that thye've the wrong person, as you've never sold on eBay.

Call eBay CS billing department too.
