ebay reviewing case

Hi

i havn't recieved an item to the value of 675 gbp and have raised the issue with ebay. I have spoke to ebay via the chat and they have said that the case was ruled in my favour but i still havnt recieved my money. They have said that because its over 500 gbp it still needs reviewing. it has been over two weeks now how long can i expect for ebay to get my money back.

I do hope that you have opened a case in the resolution centre [link below] and have escalated it after 3 full days rather than just "talking to eBay".  If they are reviewing it because it is over £500 [and we have certainly heard of that] then you will be paid when the review is complete. We cannot be more precise!

THANKS FOR THE REPLY Yes i have escalated the case after 3 full days last wednesday, i spoke to ebay which is when they had told me they have ruled in my favour, i suppose i'll just have to be more patient.
