ebay online chat facility - mine has disappeared?

Good morning lovely ebayers

I normally contact ebay with any issues via the online chat, however, my option seems to have gone? does this just apply to me - fault on my side - or has the facility been removed?

Hi, I don't think it's available for business sellers for some reason.  Have a look at the very bottom of this:

Only options at the moment are call back or live chat, but often not available,
ebay CS are working with fewer staff due to virus.

It's at the bottom of that link for me. I don't know why it's not available for business sellers. Maybe ask on the business board:
