ebay fees

H i I have been charged fees on 2 items that were cancelled how do i contact ebay to get them back

Open unpaid item cases for each item,  from  the Resolution Centre link at the foot of most pages.  Close exactly 4 days later and your Final Value Fees will be refunded,  the buyer gets a non payment strike on their account,  and you can relist the item if you wish.

Any listing fees will still apply and need to be paid.

Put all non payers on your blocked buyers list so they do not return.  Account tab >>  Site Prefs >>  Buyer Requirements >>  Block Buyers who ...
