they allow fake phones to be sold 

i won the phone as i didnt want other buys winning thinking its the real deal and ebay didnt want to know shows how much ebay dont care they want ebay fees profit

guy told me to pay up i said feck off you dick you selling fake p40 pro 5g thats a china copy i said give me your address i will **bleep** you for trying to rip people off

already reported to ebay but they not instrested i got evidence of a real p40 pro vs fake phone he sold

so he can report me then i send them evidence of him trying to sell fake p40

Best learn all the rules to protect yourself.

you cannot call out others on the boards and accuse them of criminal offences.

It's a serious policy violation to buy with no intention of paying.

And the last two negs you left will be removed if the sellers ask eBay.

you only purchased the phone today so you can't have received it, so how do you know it is a fake?

the seller can complete a non payment against you after 4 days and get that feedback removed.

buying an item just to leave negative feedback before even receiving an item is against ebays rules
