my ebay account restricted with mc001 and i did email 3 days ago with tracking nubers i have and 100 feedback receive from buyer .

is there someone who help to get account back ,thanks

note.sell my own item so no fake item no suspious item ,

It seems to be about not using your ebay site correctly

If you just google mc011 then there are a few items about it and how to go about getting it sorted 

It seems to say they need information on tracking of your sales

redwick1 do you think i can get back my account as item above 20 gbp i used royal mail tracking service and below 20gbp i used royal mail standard service as i offer free postage on all my listing .
i do have 12 tracking number which i provided and rest i email 100 feedbacks from byers after items delivered .

Did you put the tracking onto the items when you posted them as that is what you should always do.
I dont know if you will get your account back as that is down to ebay
It can be very difficult if they have restricted you.
Did it say permanently restricted on the email? If it did then that is the end of your selling

no in email says temporalily restricted .
always upload tracking number on time .

If the restriction is temporary then you may be ok if you follow all the instructions in the email
