easy return problems

You don't say what the problem is but there have been issues with refunds taking longer due to fewer staff  working to sort the returns.

You should use Help & Contact bottom of this page to contact eBay they are the only ones who could offer any assistance for you,your original seller wont know anything about (not so)easy returns as they are not involved

I did and had to phone 5 times re 1 return which I hadn’t had a refund for 3 weeks

Hi thanks used it about 3 times and it's a terrible system spent a lot of time on the phone to eBay help !
