early delivered message on global shipping program

hi . I have sent an item through the ebay shipping program from uk to usa but the package shows as delivered when it reached the uk shipping point in Wales. i have now way of tracking the item as it says delivered and i have had no emails about its progress. it has been 2 weeks since posting.

what should i do?

You post tracked to GSP UK hub, so you proved it was delivered, which is all you need to do.

Pitney bowes repack item & post to buyer with different tracking number.
