eSnipe - does it work any more?

I'm trying to update my eSnipe password but there's an error saying ERROR CODE RL41 referring that there's a problem with my eBay account and to log into my settings. My first thoughts were that there may be something in the eBay accounts now that authorises 3rd party applications, but I can't see anywhere this is referenced. Have eBay banned the use of eSnipe now?

Can't seem to reply to my own question, so here's the fix:

When you update your eBay password in eSnipe, it triggers an eBay verification page which you can't see, asking you to click on a button to allow eBay to phone you with a verification code.

The only was around this is to telephone eBay customer support and ask them to turn off IP address access restrictions on your account. Once this is done, you are able to change access your eBay account via your eSnipe account from any IP address and are able to update your eSnipe password.
