When I'm browsing through items, signed into the UK site and then search for a general item - say jewellery, it transfers me to the US site and changes everything to USD.
Can someone help? I've signed out of the eBay.com site and signed in only to UK but that still didn't help. Thanks

if using the app then try with just a browser instead
Try using a computer if you can.
Try clearing cookies and cache by clicking on the Ctrl Shift and Delete keys on your computer
Restart your computer
If that does not help then try another browser like Firefox or Chrome
It may not help but worth a try
