eBay to manage your payments

This e-mail not arrived Reminder - It  s time for eBay to manage your payments and jun 14 to day, jun 18 time end registrations.

I can't give you the bank account number because I can ' t. I can't enter the data anywhere. So I'm still going to PayPal the sale price to the other account? If that's not possible, what do I do? eBay doesn't give me the opportunity to use the new payment system, but that's what they expect. It's not a fair solution.

No data input is available in either the mobile application interface or browser ( Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Opera ) That ' s because eBay doesn't provide the page where the data can be provided. There is no registration interface to access. It's physically impossible for me to enter the bank details.

After the deadline you have been given if you haven't  provided eBay with your nominated current or business account then you cannot sell on eBay.

Why can you not add your bank details?  The message received allows you to enter those details,  then you await a further verificasstion ' test'.

What device are you using?  If the app or mobile browser,  do this on a desktop browser.  Only a current or business account can be used for Managed Payments,  no other.

Have you actually been sent the registration through eBay messages? If you have and are finding this issue then contact eBay Customer Services, their lines open in about one and a half hours time, they may be able to enter your current account details manually for you.
