eBay shop fees

Hi

I am thinking of opening an eBay shop but I'm a little confused about the fees, for example fees for a Basic shop are:-

"Monthly subscription value*" £90

"Monthly price" £25

This then gives me 250 Free fixed price listings

My questions are:-

Which Monthly price do I pay?

Do I pay a final value fee for the 250 freefixed price listings?

the "Monthly subscription value*" £90 is some weird rubbish they have come up with, I have no idea what it is supposed to mean,

there are two basic shop subscriptions,

private sellers, (people selling their own unwanted items) pay £19.99 a month

business sellers ( people selling items they have bought, made, or grown with the sole intention of selling) pay £25 plus £5 VAT

final value fees are payable on all sales

you are currently registered as a private seller, but you appear to be trading, if you are buying to sell you need to  Upgrade to a Business Account   before you subscribe to a shop
