eBay shadowban?

Hi everybody, I tried to create a listing a few hours ago, but after i came back after a few hours it had 3 views overall while other listings for the same item were getting like 30 per hour. There is not many people selling what i was trying to sell so is there any reason why my listing is not being shown on the search bar when searching? i went into incognito to investigate and it was not showing up at all even word for word.
