eBay gave seller old address. Seller has screenshots proving it. I have screenshots proving my new address is shown.
eBay confirm my new address is the only address they have.
This was not through PayPal (but that also has my new address).
Luckily a relative lives near the old address and managed to retrieve it, but this was a £500 guitar!!!
eBay customer service chat a waste of time. "We wouldn't give an old address" ...but you did.... "No we wouldn't" etc.
I got the guitar in the end but what a dodgy system eBay have.
