Hello
I sold an item, it was paid for by the buyer .
ebay informed me the money was on hold as I needed to update my details .
Updated details required was my bank detaisl (?) .
After updating I was thanked for setting up ' Direct Debit ,
why did eBay not say that's what they wanted to do considering they would already have my bank details so why update the same details again ?.
and there is no figure connecte to how much direct debit ? .
any answers please ?
