It does take time, but have you entered tracking number on ebay, that is essential.
I see you are usingSmall packages, these tracking numbers are more likely to fallthrough the cracks as it relies on the postman scanning when delivered.
In real terms though, you only need proof of delivery if the buyer opens a Not Received case, so 99% of the time it doesn't matter.
