Hi to contact Ebay CS you have to go through either the help and contact tab on your my Ebay page or Contact us at the bottom of this page. 

If you are lucky Ebay may phone you back or you may get live chat.    There is currently no number for you to phone them.    The reason being the operatives are still working from home due to Covid.

If you are referring to revising one of your two live listings.....you will not be able to as you have bids and they have bid based on the current info in your listing.    You MAY be able to add extra info in the description.

Think about it. Bids have been placed based on the information in the listing. If you coud edit the listing then the bidders could find themselves buying something they don't want then you would really have a problem.

All you can edit is possible adding additional photos, or adding to the description, but it is below the line and would not be seen by existing bidders and probably not any other bidders.

If the reason for wanting to edit is something really serious then you would have to end the listing.

Speaking to ebay is just a waste of time they cannot change the rules.
