eBay contact, not PayPal

Hi, 

I have tried calling eBay who's auto phone system says to use contact pages. They don't have anything other than to contact PayPal. Query relates to offer from eBay (not PayPal) when browsing but in trying to use, didn't work. Subsequently item purchased cost more than thought. Promo code was PROMO5OFF which was to give £5.75 off a purchase over £50. 

When tried to apply, said had expired... although still valid until tomorrow. 

Anyone know how I can contact eBay to get them to resolve this please?

Hi,

Thank you but that takes me back to exactly the same pages and no actual email…juts those heading and none I can use for this. It’s not a Paypal buying issue as the buying issues all send me to them rather than eBay.

It is crazy I cannot just email them!

If you still have the details of the promotion, read the conditions very carefully before possibly wasting time trying to contact eBay.

In general, eBay's computer knows exactly which purchases do or don't qualify. It's usually the buyer who hasn't read the conditions properly.
