eBay cons sent in Chinese?

I had an issue with a Chinese eBay purchase which was defective on delivery. I eventually got a refund but not after they tried to blackmail me. I reported them to eBay. I then get a email, in Chinese from eBay! No idea what it says! Anybody know how to deal with it

You can be glad that you received a refund. Returning items bought from sellers in China can be a problem.

The item you bought was listed as UK stock, which may have made this more straightforward.

If you're curious to know what this message said, copy it and paste it into Google translate. I have found that it translates Chinese very well!

Google "free translation", then copy & paste the Chinese script into the box to translate.
