A buyer opened a case (no comms with me) with eBay claiming item had not been delivered. eBay closed case in my favour as the item had been delivered and received through their own Global SHipping Service.
Buyer then opened case with Paypal. Again, no comms with me. I responded to Paypal, providing screen shots from eBay showing item had been received and case closed.
Paypal have taken money from my account and refunded buyer. Their resolution centre says I didn't respond.
I now have no way of proving on the Paypal site, or on eBay site that the item was received (as over 60 days shown on sold items).
Any ideas on resolution? Is this a scam?
Did you actually add your Tracking Number into Dispatch when you Posted to the Global Shipping Hub? Your responsibility ended there.
