eBay Nectar Voucher codes not visible

Bought my item and found no Nectar/eBay voucher codes are needed at checkout..

We just tick a box for the relevant voucher we wish to use.

So no replies now needed..

Hi..

I have 3 Nectar vouchers for eBay.. redeemed a few hours ago.. totalling £40

In 'My eBay'  Nectar tab I can see the 3 vouchers listed as..

Date

Original value

Available balance

Expires

..but there are no voucher codes to be seen.

Searching eBay for an answer sent me in circles where the FAQ said they will show at the top of 'My eBay' - they don't !

I clicked 'No' when asked if the answer was useful and a little box opened asking me to say why. I did and got the reply 'Thanks for the feedback' ! So am not expecting eBay will reply further without me wasting more of my time trying to get to the stage of phoning or emailing.

Have looked in My Account.. wasting an hour and still do not see these codes. It's so frustrating I'm now wishing I did not redeem them with eBay !

I want to use the vouchers later today as I put in an offer on a large item and am expecting it will be accepted.. so without the voucher codes I may have to cancel as I had figured the vouchers into the transaction.

Advice anyone..?
