eBay Europe sarl - pre-approved payment

I am highly disappointed and quite frankly disgusted that eBay feel they can justify taking £70.90 from my bank account via pay pal under the reference of "pre-approved payment" for listing fees when I sold one item this month for 1.99 plus standard postage. I wouldn't mind but I've paid my fee to eBay for selling this item as its taken straight out of my credit given to me from the buyer. Again on the 16 May eBay Europe sarl to £54.53 I don't have this kind of money just to be paying out for listing item(s)!!!! The whole point of me using eBay of late was to recycle some unused/unwanted items to help make a little money whilst I'm on maternity leave & minimal cash! I can't afford to pay the most recent charge of £70.90 which has bounced my bank account & now owing in PayPal please can someone help advise me with regards to this. I will no longer be using PayPal or eBay to buy or sell as I am truly disatisfied that money has just been removed without my prior consent!!!
