There is no general direct email,you have to use Help & Cotact top/bottom of most pages and drill down through the options until you get to a contact us section.

Thanks for your response. I need to forward a lengthy e-mail to them, I've tried chat, but to be frank, it appears the representatives there are not UK based, and can only offer standard phrases and are of little help. I was given a Postal Address to write to in Ireland.
A postal address, in this day and age. I pressed them for an e-mail address but they said there isn't one, which I do not believe for one minute. So, they sit there all day opening letters in Ireland, do they? Ridiculous.
