Hi - I am either not receiving e-mail notifications when I've made a sale (ntlworld.com - virgin e-mail account) or they are coming through hours or days later.
Just wondered whether anyone else was having similar problems at all?
I have just phoned e-bay to report, but as they can't see there's a problem, I doubt it will be addressed unfortunately.
I am still waiting for resolution of my previous problem - replying to feedback - from over 6 months ago.
Any guidance or comments would be grateful.
