e mail from e bay - genuine ?

Hi - i have received a message in my inbox from e bay - i presume - stating i can no longer create or edit listings as i missed a deadline to update details and have until the 18th JUNE to provide details - They are asking for a bank account number - Is this a genuine e mail please ?

Ebay managed payments

In future you will not get paid by paypal payment will be made to ebay and they take off their fees and then pay the rest into your bank account

It will not be instant like paypal but if ebay say they have payment and to send then you have to send.
