A buyer states they have initiated a payment uusing an e cheque. The order does not show payment as being initiated. Has anyone else had a problem with this?
Check in your Paypal account. An eCheque would show there. They can take up to about 10 days to clear so don't send the item until it does. If there's nothing showing start an Unpaid Item case after 2 days.
