duplicate listings

hello wonder if anyone can help me ive been selling a few things on here lately there all the same item so as i sell one i go to drop down box and hit the sell similar button .Ive now started getting a message up saying words of effect this listing will not go on until you have had a bid on a item .the thing is all my items are auction only not buy it now and all my items have bids so basically i think this item with the not saying  somthhing about duplicate item is sat there not live .....why and can this be fixed all i want to do is list my items at diffrent times of the day not get told when i can list them if im not doing anything wrong

you have 4 identical listings

ebay allow you to have that many identical auction listings, but they hide all but one, until you receive a bid on that item, then they show the next one, etc
