Then sadly if you cannot find some other way [such as a library, print shop or friend] you will have to pay for tracked return postsge yourself.  You will not get the money back unless the seller agrees and he does not have to.   You will have to contact eBay to get them to input "your" tracking instead of the one that is already there. 

The underlying message is that if you do not solve it you will not get a refund, sadly

it is best to use the label you receive if it is a pre paid label

Ask a friend relative or neighbour of your local library

If you dont use it you will have to pay the postage yourself and no way to get it back

It has to go back tracked to prove delivered or Attempted delivery to get your refund
