the item is on its way back fully used up i expect, do you have to refund the original postage?

How can i open a case for not returning in original condition and misusing returns

If the buyer has opened a case for item not as described,  then yes,  you pay everything the buyer initially paid,  and for a fully tracked postage if you want your item sending back to you.

After you have refunded,  you can appeal the case decision,  this link will help you start the process.

what happens with appeals, how long does it take pls

he sent it back unused unopened so how could he have tried it to complain it smelled of alcohol after wearing for an hour.
