Hi all, wondering if someone can help me please, ive never had anythig returned before so im not sure of the process. I sold a leather jacket before xmas and the buyer said it doesnt match the description and wants to return it, saying its smaller than stated and has marks on it. i did list there was a few marks on it. Anyway i didnt want to argue and told them to return it to me and once i had it back i would be happy to refund. Now i see i have to send an address lable which is going to cost me £6.00.! is there any other way of sending a lable? I posted the jacket second class signed for which was only £3.95. I think £6.00 is a bit much. Hopefuly one of you out there can help me. Thanks. Lisa.
If you have an account with a carrier or with Royal Mail then you will be able to buy a label from them, print to PDF and then upload that into the case. If you cannot do that then you will have to use the eBay-supplied label, which is fully trackable.
