If I sold a dress which had several photos of the item and colour and had 2 bidders the winner is know disputing dress stating it is a different colour to what she thought and that it is a poor condition which is laughable as it is silk and is now being aggressive with her messages and demanding a refnd. If I do I will loose ot on a sale and she has binned the item she states. Need advice.
