I just got an email that a direct debit has been set up called eBay sarl but I haven't sold anything I am so confused.
It is the email you receive when you set up Managed payments.
EBay will put any payments into your account but if you end up owing them for refunds then they can get the money you owe.
It is not something they will take regular payments from you
