just wondering what can I do if instead to send return label seller offer replacment ,but after waiting 3 weeks seller just ignore and do not send any proof of sent item.
If your return case is still open you may still have time to escalate it to ebay. Go to the return case via the link on the ebay message, click on Case Details > Respond to Case > Escalate This Case > Submit.
