Hi, I am new to ebay and public forums/facebook etc being 80 it is all beyond me. However I am selling a few things in lockdown. I have a no returns policy simply because that is what it said when I started. I sold a brand new labeled in box shoes. RRP £100 sold for £24 because it says put a low start price. The buyer requested to return them as did not fit. I asked ebay what I should do and was advised I was not obliged to accept. So, I ticked contact buyer and told her exactly that. Then I got a notice that buyer was returning shoes and to confirm my address. I ticked return refused with exactly the same reason. now I am getting messages to confirm address and respond. I am not sure what I should do.
Any advice will be welcome.
