i have a problem that has never come up before and i just want to speak to an actual person at ebay uk. how do i do this?

Open a "non receipt" case with Paypal and escalate after 2 days and before 20 days.  A possible reason is that the seller's bank is not correctly linked to Paypal

In most cases you do not have to contact ebay as problems with items are sorted out in the resolution centre. It is all automated
