Customer says item not received, but hermes say it has been delivered. I know perhaps I should have requested signature but I didn't. As hermes is tracked it this enough proof for ebay that it has been delivered? I spoke to hermes today and they seem to believe it will. They say it was delivered to the address on the label.So the question is, as it has been tracked does is really need a signature for ebay/paypal?
