we all know that ebay deliberately make it almost impossible to contact them other than by phone.
they are failing in thier legal obligations by not providing email customer service
i am fed up of getting sent around in circles by useless faq,s that dont answer anything.
HOW DO I FIND THE INTERNAL MESSAGING SYSTEM., on previous attempts it has taken me 30 mins of going around in circles before i was offered the message system,
when i want to contact ebay it is for a specific question that no faq,s could answer
thier system is designed to stop users contacting them,
THIS IS SIMPLY NOT GOOD ENOUGH
looking at thier intended changes next year, forcing users to use managed payments and the change of payment system provider back to an ebay owned site and getting rid of paypal so they can charge more fees.
A CHANGE THAT WILL ANNOY AND POSSIBLY LOSE thousands of users, including myself is the intention to charge a fee for cash on collection items,
how can they charge for a service that they are not providing, they will already have the normal fees so why should they charge extra for not providing the payment service.
several rants but the message is that ebay are failing to provide acceptable customer service.
Have to say you have cheek!
Come on here complaining about ebay, yet you are defrading them of fees & buyers of their legal rights,
you are an unregistered business, suggest you upgrade before they close you down & report you to HMRC.
my reply:-
click on 'help & contact' at the top of the page
type email ebay in the search
then choose 'Contacting eBay Customer Service'
on the next page find the sentence 'You can also get in touch with us by email.' and click on 'email'
choose the topic closest to your problem
and keep drilling down until you reach the email us page
ebay have always charged a final value fee for cash on collection items, the fee is just going to be higher than it was before
