Hi.
have made a purchase and paid via PayPal on the 05 July est arrival dates Tues/Wed 10th/11th July. emailed seller twice to ask has my purchase been dispatched. no reply.
Should I allow the seller more time, I would like to cancel my purchase, in order to do that I have to contact the seller, if they are not answering my emails how are you supposed to have contact with them?.

your item isn't due to be delivered until the 10th/11th July
so why are you hassling them? it's the weekend, people have lives and are not online 24/7
the item doesn't have to be dispatched yet and not all sellers mark items as dispatched,
you can't cancel the purchase, if the item doesn't arrive on the 10th/11th July you can open a not received case on the 12th
You can not open a not received dispute until on day after the latest estimated day of delivery on the listing
Not all sellers mark as dispatched so just wait and see if it arrives
You can not cancel the purchase but if it does not arrive then you open a not received dispute
If you have not recieved your item and it is past the latest estimated day of delivery on the item description by a couple of days then open a not recieved dispute at the bottom of the page under Resolution Centre
Escalate it too ebay after 8 full days
You have 30 days from the latest estimated day of delivery on the item description to open a dispute
