EBay doesn't accept email. When they did, all you got was an automated reply which seldom answered the question.
To contact eBay, you have to go through Help & Contact, top of page. Be prepared to be patient.
Instead of just asking how to contact eBay, if this is a trading problem why not explain what it is? Someone here will probably be able to advise you a lot more quickly.
