confirm and pay button is greyed out

Hi,maybe somebody help me.

 When I try to buy something from eBay and go to the Checkout page,I select  payment option which is paypal. "Confirm and Pay" button is grayed out. I'm not able to complete the order. I updated my debit card on my paypal account and I have still problem to pay.

Can someone help me.

Just one thing, what are you trying to buy? Some things such as knives require a Credit Card to be loaded on account to prove you are over 18.

Others have reported similar problem, I haven't seen a fix, but not affecting everyone.

I just wanted to buy decorating brushes or baby carrier.Everyrhing from UK seller...But I found solution.I re-installed Google Chrome and now it works.
