combined postage for multiple items

Hi I’ve won multiple items from the same selller and I asked her for combined postage for them however, she is struggling making a single invoice with a new postage.

The seller mentioned that she can put all my items in one box so I just need to pay one postage cost but I can’t pay it without the invoice from her.

i sent eBay help/ support ‘ combined postage for buyer’ page to the seller but she is still struggling. Is there any way I can do for her? She is in the US and I’m in UK.

If seller is using GSP, then they can't combine P&P,

you have to add all items to basket, pay seller, GSP then invoice you for combined P&P on Internation postage.

If not GSP, then maybe suggest seller asks on ebay.com answer centre how to combine P&P.

Thank you for the quick reply and yes the seller used GSP.
I would like to make sure that all I need to do is that go to my basket, I can see three items from the same seller with price, postage and GSP individually on my basket page and I just click confirm & pay?? Does it mean I still have to pay three GSP cost even though the seller would able to combine the postage?
Sorry, this is first time for me and I’m bit confused.

Is complicated. Enter Global Shipping into Help and Contact at the top of the Page and follow Ebay's instructions.
