when buying an item which is to be collected in person, when should the address be given to the buyer?
Item is sold so you can now exchange address and make arrangements for collection and payment ... best to accept Cash on inspection/collection = No risk of 21 day payment holds or later claims for Not received/not as described/damaged etc.
AS soon as the buyer has bought the item and it has come off sold
I usually contact them telling them contact details and address.
You can do it before it has been bought as that is against ebay policy
