where do I find the collection code for an item that is collect in person

Buyer and seller have to be using the Ebay app. Code is sent to buyer, buyer shows code to seller who scans it into their phone. Code serves no purpose if seller is not using the app.

When you bought it ebay should send an email with the QR collction code.

If they dont then the seller can mark as Paid if you pay in cash and dispatched when you collect it
