where do I find athe collection code for an item that is collect in person

Only applies if BOTH buyer and seller are using the bay app.

The buyer is sent a code which they can show you on receipt, which in turn you zap with your mobile phone. Obviouslu=y it only works if you have the app.

Otherwise go to your Purchase History and mark as sold and dispatched.
