I had an ebay item I bid on delivered to a clic n collect store. Royal mail says it was delivered but the clic n collect place said it was not there. I never picked it up but had already paid and the seller won't help me. There is no telephone number for ebay either - so my money has been taken but no good!

If tracking proves delivery to the C & C Store then the seller has done what you asked for.
This is the sort of mess that happens with C & C, you cannot open a Not Received Case as it was delivered. Your argument is with the C & C store , it is not the sellers job to sort out, you asked for delivery to the store, RM says they delivered and that is what Ebay will see. Store has lost it.
Far better to always arrange delivery to a friend or neighbour just amend the delivery address at checkout before paying.
