click and collect problem

an item I bought click and collect has arrived at collection point but I have not been sent collection code, they wont let me have it wihtout the bar code

thats fine as long as you are sent a collection voucher, but doesnt address the problem if you havent been sent a collection voucher bscause Royal Mail failed to tell ebay that they have delivered it to the collection point

Nothing to do with RM or seller.
C&C store has to log item in, then ebay send you code.
If you fail to collect within 7 days of item being delivered, you lose item & money,
which is why you need to contact ebay ASAP.
