I sent a parcel to buyer but it did not arrive, i paid a refund to buyer strate away but how do I get a refund.

Did the buyer open a Not Received case? If not you will get a Defect and NO REFUND of the selling Fee. I assume you used Royal Mail, in which case that is who you claim from. You will need your proof of posting, Claim Forms are available at any Post Office and can also be completed on line.
