i cant get through to ebay..again,i could get in contact with ET easier than ebay so am asking on here!
i have sold items this month totalling £171 and got my invoice today that says £185,this is for what i have sold, but that is the figure with postage,ie,my sales are £171 &postage is 14 quid!i know its only an extra pound i have to pay but that is out of order to charge me for postage as if its money i have been paid, royal mail have the £14

The fee on postage has been part & parcel of the fee structure for nearly 5 years, not exactly a new thing.

So there is no need to contact ebay customer services.

On another note you have listed your Clio in the wrong category, it's listed in the car parts>>exhausts category, so when it sells you'll be charged a 10% fee instead of the lower car sale fees charged in the motors category.

Read all the threads going back 5 years since this charge was introduced.

"i cant get through to ebay..again"

Perhaps the lines [or they] are busy with unnecessary calls.

when the item sells you are charged a 10% final value fee on the item price and the P&P paid, it's been like this for over 4 years

Whyever do you think contacting will do any good? This is not new it has been in force for at least 4 years, haven't you ever noticed? THey will not change anything now.
