Seller should not changedelivery address. Seller's have o little protection that the only prptection they have is posting o th address advised by Ebay, NOT WHAT you send by messages.
Even if seller used tracking and posted to the address you requested, you could open a Not Received case to get a FULL refund, as delivery would not have been made to the CORRECT ADDESS that ebay gave.
If you wanted to change address you must do it on the CHECKOUT PAGE before paying.
In any case there have been occasions where a scammer sends Seller an address, the seller has sent to the address given and real buyer gets NOTHING. Guess who loses, the SELLER for not following the rules.
